Easy Carnivore Diet Salmon Patties
Equipment
- Medium mixing bowl
- Skillet or frying pan
- Ziplock bag
- Mallet or large spoon
- Empty salmon can (for measuring)
- Spatula
Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon or salted pork belly
- 2 cans salmon 6 oz each, drained
- 6 ounces crushed pork rinds
- 6 ounces pulled pork from Boston Butt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs whisked
- Optional Additions: Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 tsp dill
Instructions
- Cook the bacon or salted pork belly until crispy. Set it aside, and reserve the grease.
- Once cooled, crumble the bacon into a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the drained salmon, salt, and whisked eggs to the bowl. If desired, include the lemon juice and dill.
