The protein and fat hit hard. Like 25g protein, 22g fat or close to it. And zero carbs, so I don’t crash or get foggy after.

Also… I used to hate my air fryer. Thought it was another appliance I’d never use. Turns out it’s made for stuff like this. No babysitting, no flipping, and it always comes out the same—perfectly soft, not dry. I’m a fan now, didn’t see that coming.

Stuff I’ve Learned the Hard Way

Let the eggs sit on the counter for a bit. Cold eggs cook weird, they don’t mix right either. Trust me, tried it. Didn’t love the result.

Sometimes I toss in cheese. Not always carnivore-pure, but dang, it’s good. Melts into the eggs like a dream.

If I want a little kick, I add cayenne or chili flakes. Not much. Just a pinch. Changes the whole vibe though.

Dill with salmon? Always a yes. Or chives if I got ‘em. Totally optional but worth it when I want a change.

Tried adding a splash of heavy cream once—made it super soft, almost custardy. But yeah, overcook that version and it’s ruined. Gotta nail the timing.

Used to think air fryers were just for fries. I was wrong. This thing’s gold for eggs. No sticking, no flipping, no guessing. Just put it in and walk away.
