  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries thawed
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Berry Mixture:

  • In your slow cooker, mix the sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Gradually stir in water until smooth.
  • Add the cranberries, blueberries, and blackberries, stirring to coat them with the sugar mixture. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until the mixture is hot and bubbly.

  • In a medium bowl, beat the sugar with softened butter until crumbly. Blend in the vanilla extract and milk.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the butter mixture until just moistened.
