  • 8 4-oz links fresh Italian sausage
  • 1 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper (seeded and sliced into strips)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 6 hoagie rolls split lengthwise (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine Italian sausage links, spaghetti sauce, green pepper, and onion in the slow cooker, ensuring all ingredients are well mixed.
  • Secure the slow cooker lid and cook on the “Low” setting for 6 hours.
  • Once cooked, serve the sausage and sauce mixture on hoagie rolls.
