Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb corned beef diced (ensure it's sugar-free for the carnivore diet)
  • 2 tbsp tallow or clarified butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Prepare the corned beef: Dice the corned beef into small cubes.
  • Cook the corned beef: Grease the air fryer basket with tallow or clarified butter. Place the diced corned beef in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until crispy and browned.
  • Fry the eggs: While the corned beef is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp of tallow. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry until the whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve: Plate the crispy corned beef hash and top with the fried eggs. Season with salt if necessary.
