Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage see notes below
  • 3 ounces 6 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese about 4 ounces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Use your hands to mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and roll them into balls. The mixture will be wet and may not hold perfect shapes, but that’s okay.
  • Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 16 to 20 minutes. They’re ready when they’re golden brown on top, cooked through, and reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
