Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin optional
  • Creamy Feta Dip optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F or set your air fryer to its air-fry setting.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, lamb, salt, and optional spices. Mix thoroughly with your hands until well incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. From each portion, roll 4 evenly-sized meatballs, yielding a total of 16 meatballs.
  • Air Fryer Method: Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air-fry for 13 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Oven Method: Place the meatballs on a sheet pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the meatballs are no longer pink in the center and reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Serve immediately, optionally alongside the creamy feta dip.
