Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb ground turkey 80% lean
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp tallow or clarified butter
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Prepare the turkey patties: In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with salt (and black pepper if desired). Form the mixture into two small patties.
  • Cook the patties: Lightly grease the air fryer basket with 1 tbsp of tallow or clarified butter. Place the turkey patties in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Fry the eggs: While the patties are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the remaining 1 tbsp of tallow or clarified butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry until the whites are set, and the yolks are still slightly runny, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve: Plate the turkey patties with the fried eggs on top or on the side. Serve immediately.

Notes

Variations (Flexible Carnivore Diet):

  • Cheesy Turkey Patties: Mix shredded cheese into the ground turkey mixture before forming the patties.
  • Spicy Turkey Patties: Add cayenne pepper or paprika to the turkey mixture for a spicier flavor.
