Ingredients
  

  • 1 low-carb tortilla 8-inch
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Evenly spread the cream cheese over the tortilla, then sprinkle the sweetener and cinnamon across the surface. Roll the tortilla tightly to secure the filling inside.
  • Melt the butter and use a brush to coat the exterior of the tortilla roll.
  • Place the roll in an air fryer at 400°F and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crisp.
  • Once cooked, slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Optional Topping

  • For extra sweetness, mix powdered sweetener with a little milk or heavy cream and drizzle over the roll-ups. A good ratio is about 3 tablespoons of sweetener per 3 tablespoons of milk, but adjust based on your preferred consistency.
