  • 2 beef burgers
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 avocado mashed
  • 8-10 slices of pickled cucumber

  • 2 little gem lettuce leaves

  • Prepare the Patties: Begin by wrapping your beef burgers in plastic wrap. Roll them out until they are slightly thinner and larger, ideal for sandwich layers.
  • Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium heat, lightly oiled. Place the patties in the skillet, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes until crispy and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper during cooking.
  • Assemble the Sandwich: Spread mashed avocado on each patty. Place one patty avocado side up, layer on the fried egg, and pickled cucumbers, and drizzle with mustard. Top with lettuce leaves and cover with the second patty, avocado side down.
