Instant Pot Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are a timeless appetizer, and with the Instant Pot, they become even easier to prepare for your meal prep or gatherings. These creamy, savory bites are the perfect addition to a high-protein, carnivore-focused menu.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Butter Bacon Mayonnaise
  • Kosher salt
  • Chopped cooked bacon for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place 6 eggs on a trivet inside the Instant Pot.
  • Add ½ cup of water, secure the lid, and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
  • Once the cook time ends, immediately release the pressure by flipping the valve.
  • Carefully remove the eggs and transfer them to an ice bath. Let them cool completely, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a small bowl or mini food processor.
  • Add the Butter Bacon Mayonnaise to the yolks and blend until smooth. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or pipe it in with a plastic bag with a corner cut off.
  • Garnish with chopped bacon, if desired, for an extra burst of flavor.
