Mornings can be chaotic, but starting your day with a high-protein, carnivore-friendly breakfast can set the tone for success. These Instant Pot Bacon & Gruyère Egg Bites are inspired by the ever-popular Starbucks egg bites but designed to fit seamlessly into a carnivore or low-carb lifestyle.

Instructions
Add all ingredients, except the bacon, to a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Distribute the chopped bacon evenly among the wells of the egg bite mold.
Pour the egg mixture into the mold over the bacon, filling each well to the top.
Cover the mold with its lid (or aluminum foil if unavailable). Place the mold on the trivet and lower it into the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water in the pot.
Seal the Instant Pot lid and set to Manual High Pressure for 9 minutes. Once done, allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then carefully release any remaining pressure.
Remove the egg bites from the mold after cooling for 5 minutes and serve immediately or store for later.
