Ingredients
  

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon about 6 slices
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream until combined.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients until fully incorporated.
  • Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
