  • Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 350°F. Line a 7-inch x 7-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Stir until fully blended and smooth.
  • Enhance Flavor (Optional): Mix in coffee powder and salt if using.
  • Prepare for Baking: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
  • Bake: Place in oven and bake for 22 to 30 minutes. Brownies are done when a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool and Slice: Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
