Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chicken broth homemade or store-bought
  • 4 large eggs whisked
  • 8 ounces cooked chopped chicken (dark meat recommended)
  • 1 batch Egg White Noodles
  • Kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized Dutch oven or soup pot, bring the chicken broth to a low boil over medium-high heat.
  • Reduce the heat to low and slowly drizzle in the whisked eggs while stirring gently to create ribbons of egg throughout the soup.
  • Add the cooked chicken and noodles, stirring to combine. Allow them to heat through for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, season the soup with salt to taste, and serve immediately while hot.
