Waffles aren’t just for breakfast anymore—especially these all-purpose low-carb waffles! Perfect for the carnivore diet, they serve as burger buns, sandwich bread, or a sweet breakfast treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 90 grams pork panko
  • 4 large eggs whisked
  • ¼ cup ½ stick salted butter, melted but not hot

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your mini waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the pork panko, whisked eggs, and melted butter. Mix thoroughly with a fork until the batter reaches a moderately thick consistency.
  • Scoop a small amount of the batter (about 3 tablespoons) and place it onto the waffle iron. Spread the batter evenly to cover the grooves and peaks. Refer to your waffle maker’s instructions for exact measurements.
  • Cook each waffle for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining batter to make a total of 6 to 8 waffles.
