Ingredients
  

  • 24 slices Italian dry salami about 4 ounces
  • 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled (about 1 cup)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Line each cup of a 24-well nonstick mini muffin pan with a salami slice, pressing the slices into the bottom and up the sides of the cups.
  • Bake until crunchy and browned, about 8 minutes. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  • Let the salami cups cool for a few minutes in the pan before removing. Fill each cup with pieces of crumbled feta cheese and serve.
