Carnivore Meatloaf

Meatloaf reimagined for the carnivore diet is not only better for you, but it’s just as comforting and delicious as the classic version.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup pork panko
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, and heavy cream. Mix thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the pork panko, Italian seasoning (if using), and salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and use your hands to mix everything evenly.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan, smoothing the top for an even shape.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 75 minutes, or until it’s fully cooked and the internal temperature in the center reads 160°F.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
