Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup half-and-half 1/2 whole milk, 1/2 cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 370°F.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy and sausage until browned. Drain meats on paper towels to remove excess grease.
  • Brush a 10×12 baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly across the bottom.
  • Layer the cooked bacon and sausage over the Parmesan cheese. Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar cheese over the meat layer.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and half-and-half until smooth.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
  • Allow the quiche to cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
