Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz pork rind crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1.5 oz egg white powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pork rind crumbs, gelatin powder, and egg white powder. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring adequate spacing.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Allow the sausage balls to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
