Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp tallow or clarified butter for greasing and sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce carnivore-friendly, no added sugars
  • Optional for flexible carnivore: Ranch dressing made from egg yolk-based mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Season the wings: Lightly season the chicken wings with salt.
  • Grease the air fryer basket: Coat with 1 tbsp of tallow or clarified butter.
  • Cook the wings: Place wings in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Prepare the buffalo sauce: Melt 1 tbsp of tallow or clarified butter in a small saucepan and mix it with the buffalo sauce.
  • Toss the wings: Once done, toss wings in buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • Serve: Enjoy hot, with optional ranch dressing for a flexible carnivore diet.

  • Extra Crispy Wings: Air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
