Ingredients
  

  • 22 ounces semisweet chocolate finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 6 tablespoons vanilla marshmallow bits

Instructions
 

  • Melt the Chocolate: Put the chopped semisweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir well, then continue heating in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Avoid heating above 90°F to maintain proper texture.
  • Coat the Molds: Spoon 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each mold cavity. Spread it to coat the inside thoroughly using a brush or back of a spoon. Place in the fridge for 3 to 5 minutes until firm. Repeat with a second layer and chill again for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Mix the Cocoa Filling: In a separate bowl, combine the baking cocoa, dry milk powder, and confectioners' sugar. Take the chocolate shells out of the molds. Fill half of the spheres with 3 tablespoons of the cocoa mix and 1 tablespoon of marshmallow bits each.
  • Seal the Bombs: Dab melted chocolate around the edges of each filled half. Gently press an empty shell on top to complete the sphere. Add more chocolate as needed to ensure the edges are sealed. Decorate with your chosen toppings while the chocolate is still soft.
  • Serve the Bombs: To enjoy, drop one bomb into a mug and pour 1 cup of warm milk over it. Stir until completely mixed and creamy.

Notes

Storage: Keep in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Store away from heat and sunlight. Avoid refrigerating, as it can cause condensation and affect the appearance.
