Tom Collins Cocktail Recipe

This refreshing Tom Collins cocktail is made with a blend of gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup, topped with fizzy club soda.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • Club soda to top
  • Garnish: Lemon twist maraschino cherry

Variations:

Orange & Turmeric Collins

  • Add 1/2 ounce turmeric liqueur and 1/2 ounce orange juice to the classic recipe.

Cucumber & Rose Collins

  • Add 1 1/2 ounces cucumber juice and replace the simple syrup with rose syrup.

Grapefruit Tom Collins

  • Replace lemon juice with grapefruit juice and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and mint leaves.

Pear Tom Collins

  • Add 1/2 ounce of pear liqueur and 1 ounce of pear puree to the original recipe, omitting the simple syrup.

Pomegranate Collins

  • Replace the simple syrup with pomegranate juice and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a lemon twist.

Lavender Collins
