Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup oats or breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup marinara sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the cottage cheese until fully combined.
  • In a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan, press half of the meat mixture into the bottom and shape it to create a shallow well.
  • Spread the cottage cheese evenly in the center.
  • Cover with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the edges to enclose the filling.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until fully cooked through and browned on top.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before slicing to serve.
