  • 1 pitcher large
  • cocktail stirrer or wooden spoon
  • 4 lowball cocktail glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Ceres pear juice blend
  • 2 vanilla bean pods cut in half and partially sliced open
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 lemon or lime wedge for glass preparation
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar for glass rimming
  • Ice
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine pear juice, maple syrup, and vanilla pods in a pitcher. Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  • Before serving, prepare glasses by rubbing a citrus wedge on the rim and dipping in cinnamon sugar.
  • Add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour in the mocktail mixture.
  • Garnish with vanilla bean pods and herb sprigs if desired.
