Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups pear nectar
  • 2 cups ginger beer
  • 1 fresh lemon juiced
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnishes: fresh cranberries, rosemary sprigs, pear slices, cinnamon sticks, freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine the pear nectar and freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Gently stir in the ginger beer to preserve carbonation
  • Fill serving glasses with ice
  • Pour the punch mixture over ice
  • Garnish as desired with seasonal elements
  • Serve immediately while bubbles are fresh

Alternative Version: For a less sweet variation, substitute half the ginger beer with seltzer water while maintaining the same proportions of other ingredients.
