  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices sugar-free bacon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 275°F.
  • Cook the eggs: Place the eggs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch each other. Air fry for 9-10 minutes, adjusting based on preferred yolk consistency. Once done, transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to halt cooking and ease peeling.
  • Cook the bacon: While the eggs cool, increase the air fryer temperature to 375°F. Place the bacon slices in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  • Peel the eggs: Once cooled, carefully peel the eggs.
  • Serve: Plate the soft-boiled eggs alongside the crispy bacon. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt to taste.
