Ingredients
  

  • 14.5 oz cans of green beans drained (3 cans)
  • 10.5 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or whole milk
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 oz can of fried onions divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In the slow cooker, mix the soup, stock, cream, garlic, butter, flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the green beans and half of the fried onions.
  • Cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours. To add extra crispiness to the casserole, sprinkle the remaining onions on top during the last 30 minutes of cooking or toast them in the oven before adding.
