Quick Egg Bites with Bacon & Cheese Air Fryer Recipe
These egg bites are a delicious, high-protein breakfast option perfect for the carnivore diet. Made in the air fryer, they are quick, easy, and packed with crispy bacon and cheese for a satisfying start to the day.

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Cook the bacon: Place the bacon in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
Prepare the egg mixture: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Grease the muffin molds: Lightly grease silicone muffin molds or ramekins with tallow or clarified butter.
