Ingredients
  

  • 10 –12 ounces hot brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon organic heavy cream
  • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen

Optional Variations:

  • Higher Fat Content: Add an additional tablespoon of butter
  • Protein Boost: Incorporate 2–4 whole eggs or egg yolks

Instructions
 

  • Brew 10–12 oz of hot coffee using your preferred method.
  • Pour the coffee into an oversized coffee mug or tumbler, leaving about 2 inches of space for blending.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter, 1 tablespoon of heavy cream, and 1 scoop of collagen to the coffee.
  • Blend the mixture with an immersion blender for approximately 10 seconds, or until frothy.
