  • 6 chicken skins from thighs or breasts, raw
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp tallow or clarified butter for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Prepare the chicken skins: Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Season the skins: Lightly sprinkle salt on both sides.
  • Grease the air fryer basket with tallow or clarified butter.
