Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • strainer
  • Serving glass

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce coconut milk
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Garnish: Lime slice, pineapple slice
  • Ice: Crushed ice for serving

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, coconut water, and a pinch of sea salt. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.
  • Fill a serving glass with crushed ice. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass, allowing the ice to keep it refreshingly cold.
  • Add a lime slice and a pineapple slice on the rim or in the drink for a decorative touch. Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical mocktail!

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, add a dash of honey or simple syrup.
  • If you prefer a creamier texture, use coconut cream instead of coconut milk.
  • This mocktail pairs beautifully with tropical dishes or as a brunch refreshment.
