  • 2 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter or tallow for basting
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Season the salmon by lightly sprinkling salt on both sides.
  • Cook the salmon: Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
