Ingredients
  

  • 4 sausage links sugar-free, uncured, carnivore-friendly
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp tallow or clarified butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Cook the sausage links: Place the sausages in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
  • Scramble the eggs: While the sausages cook, heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp of tallow or clarified butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet, whisk with a pinch of salt, and cook, stirring continuously, until they reach your preferred consistency.
  • Serve: Plate the scrambled eggs alongside the sausage links and serve hot.
