Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese about 1 oz each
  • 1 tbsp tallow or clarified butter for greasing
  • Salt to taste, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Prepare the cheese rounds: Press each cheese slice into the Parmesan, coating both sides.
  • Grease the air fryer basket lightly with tallow or clarified butter.
  • Cook the cheese rounds: Place coated slices in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes until crisp and golden.
  • Serve: Allow the rounds to cool for a few minutes to finish crisping before serving.
