One-Pan Creamy Parmesan Chicken & Rice is a quick, 40-minute meal featuring tender chicken, flavorful rice, and a creamy Parmesan sauce, all cooked together in one skillet for easy cleanup.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear until golden on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
