Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  • Scoop the dough by level tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
