Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef back ribs cut into individual ribs
  • 2 tbsp tallow or clarified butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Season the beef ribs: Lightly coat the ribs with melted tallow or clarified butter and season with salt.
  • Cook the beef ribs: Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the ribs are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The internal temperature should reach 160°F for well-done ribs.
  • Rest and serve: Let the ribs rest for 3-5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute. Serve hot.
