Cucumber Mint Variation:

  • 4–6 slices cucumber
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves
  • Garnish: Cucumber slice and mint sprig

Raspberry Moscow Mule:

  • 5–6 fresh raspberries
  • Garnish: Lime wedge

Apple Cider Mule:

  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • Garnish: Cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Fill a tall glass or mug with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka and lime juice, then add the ginger beer. Stir gently to combine the ingredients evenly.
  • Finish by garnishing with a lime wedge and serve right away.
  • Cucumber Mint Moscow Mule: Layer cucumber slices and mint leaves in the glass before adding ice and other ingredients. Prepare the drink as usual, stirring to incorporate the flavors. Garnish with a cucumber slice and mint sprig.
  • Raspberry Moscow Mule: Place raspberries at the bottom of the glass before adding ice and the other ingredients. Follow the classic preparation steps, stirring gently to mix the flavors. Garnish with a lime wedge.
  • Apple Cider Mule: Mix in apple cider with the vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer. Stir until well-blended, then garnish with a cinnamon stick for a festive twist.
