Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp. honey divided
  • 8 oz. 220 g fresh figs, halved
  • 2 cups 500 g plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup 30 g pistachios, cut up

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of honey in a medium-sized wok over medium heat.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Place the fig halves into the wok with the cut sides facing down.
  • Cook for approximately 5 minutes, allowing the figs to caramelize.
  • Remove the wok from the burner and let the figs cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Divide the Greek yogurt into serving bowls and top each with the caramelized figs.
  • Sprinkle with pistachios for added crunch.
  • Drizzle the remaining honey over the bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Ingredient Swaps: If figs are out of season, try using peaches or pears for a similar caramelized effect.
Sweetener Options: Maple syrup or agave nectar can replace honey for a vegan-friendly version.
Texture Additions: Add granola or toasted almonds for an extra crunch.
