  • 3 tbsp butter regular unsalted
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (optional for flexible carnivore)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Prepare the chicken: Lightly season the chicken tenderloins with salt.
  • Melt the butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. If using garlic (flexible carnivore version), sauté it for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.
  • Cook the chicken: Place chicken tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Coat with butter: Drizzle or brush the cooked chicken with the melted butter or garlic butter.
  • Serve: Enjoy hot, drizzled with any remaining butter.
