1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 lb ground turkey cooking spray 2 10.75 oz cans low sodium tomato soup 2 15 oz cans kidney beans (drained) 1 15 oz can black beans (drained) ½ medium onion (chopped) 2 tbsps chili powder ½ tbsp garlic powder ½ tbsp ground cumin 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 pinch ground allspice Salt to taste

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until evenly browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
Lightly coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
Transfer the browned turkey to the slow cooker. Add the tomato soup, kidney beans, black beans, and chopped onion.
Stir in the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, black pepper, allspice, and salt. Ensure everything is well combined.
