Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and arrange the pepperoni slices in an even layer.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the pepperoni, then spoon the marinara sauce on top.
Allow the cheese to melt for about 2–3 minutes before placing the low-carb tortilla over the toppings.
Once the cheese begins to crisp up, carefully flip the entire pizza so that the tortilla is now in contact with the pan.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the tortilla turns golden and slightly crispy.
Season with Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper before transferring to a plate.
