This keto-friendly upside-down pizza is a quick and delicious low-carb alternative to traditional pizza.
With layers of crispy pepperoni, gooey mozzarella, and rich marinara sauce, this recipe delivers bold flavors while keeping carbs in check.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 low-carb tortilla 8-inch
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and arrange the pepperoni slices in an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the pepperoni, then spoon the marinara sauce on top.
  • Allow the cheese to melt for about 2–3 minutes before placing the low-carb tortilla over the toppings.
  • Once the cheese begins to crisp up, carefully flip the entire pizza so that the tortilla is now in contact with the pan.
  • Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the tortilla turns golden and slightly crispy.
  • Season with Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper before transferring to a plate.
  • Slice and enjoy your low-carb, keto-friendly upside-down pizza!
