Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 4 tbsp sugar-free whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Place the butter in a microwave-safe mug and heat until fully melted.
  • Add the almond flour, sweetener, egg, baking powder, and vanilla extract, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  • Microwave for about 90 seconds or until the cake is set and firm to the touch.
  • Carefully remove the mug cake, turn it out onto a plate, and let it cool slightly.
  • Slice the cake in half, then layer it with the strawberries and sugar-free whipped cream before serving. Enjoy!
