Blend the ingredients – In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries, heavy cream, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and fully incorporated.
Pour into molds – Evenly distribute the mixture into 8 popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Freeze until firm – Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 6 hours, or until they are completely solid.
Unmold and enjoy – To remove the creamsicles, briefly run the molds under warm water to loosen them, then gently pull them out.
