Keto Sausage Stuffed Peppers Recipe

This keto-friendly recipe features bell peppers stuffed with a creamy, cheesy sausage mixture for a satisfying and flavorful low-carb meal.
With minimal prep and quick air-frying, this dish is perfect for an easy, high-protein meal packed with rich flavors and gooey melted cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz hot Italian sausage
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Seasonings of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Brown the Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat, ensuring it’s fully cooked. Stir in the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the shredded Mexican cheese, and your preferred seasonings until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and inner membranes, creating a hollow space for the filling.
  • Spoon the cheesy sausage mixture into each bell pepper, packing it in evenly. Place them in an air fryer set to 360°F and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top and return the peppers to the air fryer for another 1-2 minutes, just until the cheese melts.
  • Allow the stuffed peppers to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
