Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz fully cooked andouille sausage
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix undressed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the andouille sausage until browned, allowing the flavors to develop.
  • Add butter to the pan, letting it melt before stirring in the coleslaw mix.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing everything well.
  • Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the coleslaw softens and absorbs the buttery seasonings.
  • Once the slaw reaches your preferred tenderness, remove from heat and serve warm.
