This keto-friendly salmon bites recipe is an easy and flavorful dish featuring bite-sized pieces of salmon coated in butter and chili lime seasoning, then crisped to perfection in an air fryer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2-4 tsp chili lime seasoning

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Salmon: Remove the skin from the salmon. To make it easier, pour boiling water over the skin before peeling it off.
  • Cut into Pieces: Slice the salmon into bite-sized chunks.
  • Melt the Butter: In a large mixing bowl, heat the butter until fully melted.
  • Coat the Salmon: Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and sprinkle with chili lime seasoning. Toss well to ensure every piece is evenly coated.
  • Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and arrange the salmon bites in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping them over at the halfway mark.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Once done, remove the salmon from the air fryer, let them cool slightly, and enjoy!

Sauce Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha, stirring until smooth. Serve as a dip for the salmon bites.

  • Adjust the chili lime seasoning to your spice preference.
  • For extra crispiness, lightly spray the salmon with oil before air frying.
