  • 2 boneless pork cutlets about 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp bacon drippings for cooking
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Season the pork cutlets: Lightly season the pork cutlets with salt.
  • Cook the pork cutlets: Place the pork cutlets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F for juicy, perfectly cooked pork cutlets.
