These crispy, cheesy keto pizza pinwheels make the perfect low-carb snack or appetizer. With just a handful of ingredients, they’re packed with flavor and take only minutes to prepare using an air fryer.
Heat the butter until melted, then brush it over one side of the tortilla to evenly coat it.
Flip the tortilla over and spread the softened cream cheese across the other side. Evenly distribute the mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and bagel seasoning on top.
Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Use a sharp knife to slice it into 6–8 pinwheel pieces.
Place the pinwheels in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 6–8 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
