Keto Pizza Pinwheels Recipe

These crispy, cheesy keto pizza pinwheels make the perfect low-carb snack or appetizer.
With just a handful of ingredients, they’re packed with flavor and take only minutes to prepare using an air fryer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 low-carb tortilla
  • 3 oz butter
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 8 pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter until melted, then brush it over one side of the tortilla to evenly coat it.
  • Flip the tortilla over and spread the softened cream cheese across the other side. Evenly distribute the mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and bagel seasoning on top.
  • Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Use a sharp knife to slice it into 6–8 pinwheel pieces.
  • Place the pinwheels in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 6–8 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Notes

  • Swap pepperoni for other keto-friendly toppings like cooked bacon or sausage.
  • For extra crispiness, lightly press down on the pinwheels before air frying.
  • Serve with a side of low-carb marinara sauce for dipping.
